Is it really a Guide Question?

Yesterday , A person returned my reflection paper and forced me to resubmit it for the reason that I didn't follow the guide questions for that reflection paper.  

So a I asked myself



So I look up in the internet to see the meaning of a guide question.

And look what I found out :
